We have over 20 years restaurant experience in both culinary arts and management. Our paellas are prepared in traditional imported paella pans from Spain. We take great pride in our recipe, taking our travels to Spain and bringing those flavors to your table. We utilize only the freshest fish, shellfish, herbs (some grown on premises) and spices for our paellas. Other menu highlights include varied hot and cold tapas, steaks, and homemade desserts.
